Built from a personal rebuild, not a business plan.
November 2024. That's the month I decided to change how I was living. I'd fallen into a cycle of habits that were breaking me down physically, mentally, and spiritually — the kind that repeat because stopping them requires a decision you keep putting off. I was at the lowest point in my life. That was the month I stopped putting it off.
The gym saved my life. I don't say that for effect. I decided I was going to walk in and not stop until I saw change in myself, and I held to it. What I didn't expect was how far the change would reach. I went in to rebuild my body. I came out with a different mind and a different spirit, because the discipline doesn't stay in the gym — it follows you into every other part of your life.
That's the whole reason RENEWD exists. I know there's someone reading this who feels exactly like I did. I changed my life through fitness and nutrition, and I'm not special for it — I just didn't stop. You can do the same thing.
Coaching is where that turned into a craft. Eight years of in-person personal training, most recently at Equinox River Oaks in Houston — thousands of sessions, one client at a time. Enough repetitions to learn what actually holds across different bodies, schedules, and starting points, and to know the difference between a program that looks good on paper and one a real person can finish.
RENEWD is that method, built to travel. The same programming, the same accountability, the same standard I hold in person — for people who can't be in a Houston gym at 6am but are ready to rebuild anyway.
The name is a promise, not a tagline. You can always renew. Not by starting over, but by staying in the work — the way the circle stays in motion long after the brush lifts off the page.
